Tuesday equals horses. 

If it were up to me, I wouldn’t have opened the ring it was a mess. And it didn’t dry out throughout the day like it did last time.

We had all the horses to work from yesterday and today. Basically everybody needed to get out. No one had been out all weekend apparently.  

I started my day off with Sonny. I tacked him up with the circingle and lunged him for a while. It was just a mess. It was a mess where I was working, it was a mess where the horses were working. It was so wet and mucky everywhere. 

After Sonny I ran around and took blankets off horses. I paused when I saw Butters. 

Cute sleeping butters. I had to disturb her and take her blanket off. I can’t remember who I worked next, I didn’t take photos and there were a lot of horses. 

I did work with butters. I’m 0 for 2 when it comes to her not rolling in the arena. She rolled so bad that my boss wanted me to hose her off today. It didn’t help that she was literally dripping mud still after her workout. 

When I was done with work I went and saw Gucci. Pulled off his blanket and groomed the mud off of him. I spoiled him with carrots as I groomed him. 

I love that face. 

My hair also looks red. So yay. I think I like the other shade I usually get. It’s a brighter shade of red. This is more of a deep red. 

But it is a nice shade of red. I can’t really complain.
